This article reveals the essence and international legal personality of subjects of international cultural law. The article characterizes the types of subjects of international cultural law: it reveals international legal personality, the composition of legal personality and its scope. From the point of view of objective analysis, the formation of subjectivity of certain categories of subjects of international cultural law is revealed; Special attention is paid to the boundaries of their possible legal personality. The analysis made it possible to identify a number of theoretical conclusions and applied recommendations.
