Conventional Sources of International Migration Law

Аннотация

The article analyzes the features of the system of sources of international migration law. The author observed the development of international legal norms regulating migration issues. Since the 1950s, international treaty norms have been general in nature and are not defined separately in the system of sources of international law. The author concludes that only over time were they enshrined in individual international agreements, which indicates a growing need to regulate international migration relations.
