Аннотация
As part of the ongoing judicial and legal reforms in the Republic of Uzbekistan, significant changes have been made to the procedure for revising judicial acts, a new procedure has been introduced to verify the legality and validity of judicial acts of lower courts, and verification is carried out in the order of revision. Rather serious changes have been made to the procedural legislation, which radically changed the system of revising judicial acts, which necessitates a deep analysis of new procedural norms not only in terms of their practical application, but also scientific understanding.
