“GREEN” PUBLIC SERVICES AND DIGITALIZATION: ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL ASPECT

Аннотация
This article explores the administrative and legal aspects of the transition to “green” public services inUzbekistan in the conditions of digital transformation, identifying their relationship with the SustainableDevelopment Goals and inclusiveness, and the author analyzes the views of leading domestic and foreignresearchers, demonstrating the diversity of approaches to the definition and improvement of public services.It’s emphasized that digital transformation contributes to the achievement of green goals and is thefoundation for an inclusive approach, providing equal access to public services for all citizens.However, the key challenge on the way to the formation of a model of a “digital, inclusive green state”remains the lag in the improvement of legislation on e-government, which requires an immediate solution forfull legal regulation.
