Аннотация
This article examines the issues of preventing conflicts of interest from the point of view of ethics andethical standards. The theoretical and practical foundations of using modern concepts and models to ensure thehonesty, transparency and accountability of civil servants are highlighted. The study focuses on the experienceof Great Britain, which scientifically analyzes the creation of an effective system in this country through codesof ethics, conflict of interest management mechanisms, independent ethics committees and public oversightinstitutions. It also shows that this experience applies the principles of openness and transparency at all stagesof public administration and is considered an important factor in minimizing corruption risks. The article,having comparatively studied the advantages and limitations of the Great Britain model, develops proposalsand recommendations adapted to the national legal and practical environment. The results of the study areof scientific and practical importance for further improving national policies to eliminate conflicts of interest,improving the culture of morality and ethics among civil servants, and strengthening citizens’ trust in publicadministration.
