Annotatsiya

The article reveals the basic concepts of innovative activity in the social sphere. The features of innovative processes in social work are considered, the process of introduction of social innovations is presented, the analysis of innovative development of organizations is given. The article presents the innovative potential of social work in the context of improving the social sphere on the example of the CIS countries. Various models of social services and modern technologies of providing assistance for this category of families are analyzed. The features of innovations in the field of social work are shown through the use of methods that ensure the implementation of new approaches in social work with clients, as well as the formation of professional skills for organizing social work with different categories of citizens in difficult life situations. The regional innovative experience of social work technologies in various spheres of life is reflected. The author analyzes the practice of implementing and prospects for creating and implementing a mobile application for providing services for vulnerable groups of the population on the example of the Almazar district of Tashkent (Uzbekistan).
