The Role of Sociological Research in Determining the Prospects for the Development of Banking Services

Аннотация

This article studies the dynamics of the development of the relationship of banking professionals and customers to new banking services based on sociological studies, develops a methodological approach to mathematical modeling of the process of these relations in banks. The use of mathematical models in a perspective assessment of the attitude of specialists and customers of the banking system to new banking products and its further development based on specific goals is of great theoretical, methodological and scientific and practical value. Computer-based modeling and forecasting, the development of a set of experiments to calculate the development of the attitude of banking professionals and customers to new banking services will create scientifically sound ways to improve service in the banking system and increase new banking services. In addition, this methodological direction will serve as a theoretical and methodological source in a sociological study of the development of banks.
