Аннотация

The article focuses on the comparative analysis of political and legal culture in public control and governing body. The analysis of the formation of the institution of public control, the manifestation of the political and legal culture of the executive personnel is based on the fundamental reforms being implemented in the country in the framework of the Strategy of Action on improvement of the system of state and public administration. Political, legal consciousness and the political and legal culture formed on its basis as an important component of social relations were studied in close connection with the reforms in the society and the modernization of public administration. The issues of reforming and modernizing personnel management in the system of governing are focused on the need to be consistent with the ongoing reforms in the country, with the processes of state and public governing. The article provides a comparative analysis of political and legal culture in public control and governing, the harmony and priority of the individual - society - state interests, the improvement of civil society institutions, and public control in all areas of social life, the opportunity for certain groups of citizens to participate in such oversight, and in the process of exercising public control over the state It is theoretically justified that the directnon interference in the activities of public authorities, officials, and economic entities will be ensured.
