MODERN PROBLEMS OF PROVIDING INTERNET SECURITY IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Аннотация
This scientific article covers a wide range of regulatory documents on information security in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Also, threats and security problems on the Internet of the Republic of Uzbekistan were identified. In general, our main goal in ensuring the security of the Internet in the information space today is the development and implementation of measures to effectively protect young people from harmful information. In this regard, amendments and additions to the legislation, as well as efforts to organize various events and round tables in the fight against the activities of religious extremist organizations, are becoming somewhat effective. The article contains a number of proposals for ensuring Internet security in the Republic of Uzbekistan, taking into account modern threats and challenges. For example, the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 707 “On measures to further improving information security in the World Wide Web” provides for the inclusion of online gambling and the promotion of foreign ideas. Section 12-1 of the Informatization Act also provides for liability for advertising. In addition, the creation of the Law “On the principles and guarantees of freedom of information” by combining the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on certain information (“On guarantees and freedoms of information”, “On principles and guarantees of freedom of information”) reveals the social foundations of information threats at all stages of education. suggestions were made for teaching special subjects (for example, “Information Psychology”). As a result of the research, proposals have been developed on topical problems of providing internet security in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
