PROBLEMS AND ANALYSIS OF MULTI-VECTOR RELATIONS BETWEEN TURKEY AND RUSSIA

Аннотация
The article analyzes the retrospective and current stages of Russian-Turkish relations and the political problems existing between сountries. This article presents the processes of transformation of the country's relations, and their reasons, as well as factors that affect the prospects of their bilateral relations. In particular, the escalation of relations between the countries of the Middle East, especially the political situation around Syria and misunderstandings in the Caucasus, are analyzed as factors that can create a negative political environment related to international relations. The article also analyze the current processes which are affecting Turkish-Russian relations. These include the political conflict in Crimea as well. At the same time, the article highlights tools that will improve relations and examine the current stages of Russian-Turkish negotiations and the political problems that exist between them. The processes of transformation of the country's relations, and their causes, as well as factors affecting the prospects of bilateral relations, are also discussed. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that inspite of transformational processes which are taking place in the foreign policy of countries today, it is difficult to assess the development of their relations as ensuring long-term prospects.
