Abstract
This article presents the study of the basic concepts of social harmony fractals and the harmony index in tetrasociology. The basic concepts of fractals are studied, their types are described and their definitions which are described in detailed manner. The basic concepts, definition, subject, social function and foundations of tetracycology have been provided in this paper. The main elements of the harmony of tetracycology have been presented as well. The theory of social fractals of tetrasociology and five axioms of tetrasociology, the role of axioms in the fractals of social harmony and the harmony index are studied. Five basic axioms of tetracycology are presented. The first axiom is accurately explored and justified with examples. The mathematical theory of social harmony’s fractals and the index of spherical harmony are described in detailed manner in the "Golden Tetrasociology". The harmony index presents the mathematical interpretation of the fractals of social harmony. Social fractals of tetrasociology have been considered as revolutionary scientific achievements in mathematics, theoretical sociology, and many other sciences. Spherical matrices of harmony, indices of spherical compatibility are highlighted as the most important scientific and technological tools for harmonizing the universal meaning.
