SOCIAL FRACTAL – A FACTOR OF INCREASING THE ACCURACY IN THE COMMUNITY

Abstract
This article deals with the study of ideas and reflections on fractals, psycho-fractals, social fractals, and their role as order in the social development of society. This article also provides history, definitions, types and basic features of fractals. Self-similarity, which is the main feature of fractals, has been studied in detail. The article lists the detail of fractals’ areas of application. The figures showing the types of fractals have been presented. The article describes and explores the fractal aspects of the chaos and synergetics’ concepts. Synergetic is presented as a new scientific paradigm: it includes such key ideas as nonlinearity, openness, dissipativity. The modes of psycho-fractal such as "I" and "We" are provided. It has been studied that the concept of social fractal is the main factor in solving the problem of increasing the level of accuracy of society’s development. The aspects of solving the problem which are increasing the level of accuracy of a social fractal in the development of society are revealed based on the results of this research.
