This article examines the effect of separate and combined application of mineral and organic fertilizers on the content of mobile nutrients in irrigated typical gray soils. The study was conducted on cotton variety “S-6524”, analyzing the seasonal dynamics of nitrate and ammonium nitrogen, available phosphorus, and exchangeable potassium during the growing period. The results indicate that the combined use of mineral and organic fertilizers significantly improves the soil nutrient regime and increases the availability of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. The highest values were recorded in the treatment N250P180K125 kg/ha combined with 20 t/ha of manure. Long-term lysimetric experiments confirmed a gradual increase in humus content and total nutrient reserves, demonstrating the positive role of integrated fertilization in maintaining soil fertility and ensuring sustainable crop productivity under irrigated conditions.
