Abstract

This article examines the characteristics of forage grass seeds as a drying object and presents the results of an analysis of the properties of desert forage plant seeds. The recommended drying modes for forage plant seeds and the selection of the most effective ones for use as drying material in drying units, as well as the main technological properties of seeds as drying material are shown.
