Abstract

In this article, modern oral hygiene in prosthetics includes daily mechanical (brushes, pastes) and chemical cleaning of prostheses, the use of irrigators, as well as professional hygiene every 6 months. Data on the condition of the oral mucosa and the effectiveness of oral hygiene during prosthetics are presented. 

Oral hygiene is the daily mechanical impact on dentures, the oral mucosa, and oral hygiene products.
