APPLICATION OF PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES AND ICT AS A FACTOR OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract
The article explores the role of pedagogical technologies and modern ICT in higher education. It is emphasized that pedagogy and ICT affect the modern educational paradigm and that the use of the latest results in the development of science and technology is a requirement of the time. In this regard, UNESCO's work is exemplary and describes changes and reforms within the framework of national law. In recent years, a number of mechanisms for training highly qualified specialists have been developed and implemented in Uzbekistan. However, there are a number of problems and disadvantages in the industry. A sociological study conducted as part of the PZ-2017092929789 project at Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan helped identify such problems and shortcomings, and some of the results of the study were presented in the article.
