PARADIGMAL CHANGES IN PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY IN THE PROCESSES OF INTERNAL MIGRATION

Abstract
The study presents practical recommendations for predicting the parameters and dynamics of professional mobility in the context of a paradigm shift in internal migration processes. In addition, social units are considered as various criteria, subjective factors and the potential of society in determining the level of the process of professional mobility, characteristic of historical periods. The dependence of the population on professional skills, mechanisms of labor motivation, differentiated and subordinate approaches to the development of a development strategy are shown. In the process of internal migration, theories of occupational mobility are considered from the point of view of the recognition of statistical and sociological data. This approach emphasizes that a systematic sociological analysis of data makes it possible to concretely illustrate the demographic picture of the world in a given period. Also, it promotes a comprehensive understanding of its functional significance and the genesis of historical development, determined by generalizing retrospective experience and its stages.
