According to the results of this study, the highest green biomass yield was recorded in the cultivars “Boy-jugora” and “ICSR 174”, reaching 43.48–46.40 t/ha. In terms of grain yield, the accessions “K-417 (Khigery dwarf)”, “Boy-jugora”, “Safar 1”, “DP-L4 2008”, “ICSR 174”, and “Uzk-545” were distinguished, with grain yields ranging from 4.81 to 6.42 t/ha. It was determined that accessions characterized by a grain number per panicle of 2108–2859 grains represent an important source for increasing grain productivity. The highest thousand-grain weight was observed in the cultivars and accessions “Uzbekistan 5”, “K-141”, and “DP-L4 2009”. The obtained results indicate the potential for effective use of high-yielding sorghum cultivars possessing valuable agronomic traits in breeding programs.
