Abstract
This article analyzes the negative impact of fungicides used in plant protection on the environment and human health, and provides information on the development of environmentally friendly natural plant protection products. The effect of the natural product Allicid, created from Allium cepa and Allium sativum waste, on the fungus Oidium Uncinula necator, which causes powdery mildew in grapes, is studied, and its use as a cost-effective plant protection product is recommended.
