Abstract
This paper investigates the structure, operating principle, and performance characteristics of a re-catter grain grinding device. The device is designed for high-quality and energy-efficient grinding of grain products, where processing is carried out using re-catter elements that combine the effects of impact and friction forces. During the study, the main factors influencing the grinding process-impact velocity, rotor rotational speed, sieve hole diameter, and grain moisture content-were identified, and their optimal values were determined.
