Abstract
This study investigated the effect of ultraviolet radiation-based electroscanning (UV lamps P253.7 + P300 nm) on the biometric characteristics of winter wheat and flour quality. Electroscanning increased root length (+0.86 cm), stem length (+5.6 cm), fresh biomass (+2.4 g), and dry biomass (+0.33 g). Grain and flour quality parameters were also improved, with protein content of 20%, gluten content of 35.8%, and vitreousness of 69.5%.
