According to the analysis of fiber yield traits in the families of the (C-6524хBT), (BTхShodiyona) and (C-2610хBT) combinations involving the BT gene sample and local varieties, plants with fiber yield exceeding 40% were recorded in the families O-22 (13.5%), O-28 (10.1%), O-36 (7.1%), O-43 (9.3%), O-47 (8.4%), O-53 (6.1%), O-56 (8.3%), and O-69 (6.1%). It was determined that these families showed a significantly higher number of superior plants compared to other studied families and the standard variety.
