In the article, the author analyzed the factors of cooperation with the public in the prevention of delinquency and crime. It is known that today special attention is paid to the level of development of civil society institutions not only in our country, but also in most countries of the world. Public opinion and its role in the formation of a new Uzbekistan, as well as in the development of state and public administration, are considered high. In this regard, it is especially important to identify and solve social problems by establishing a systematic connection between public opinion, government bodies and non-governmental organizations in order to prevent violations and crimes. Therefore, in preventing crime in our society, public opinion helps to express the views of citizens and their need for social justice.
