THE PROCESSES OF GENERATIONAL EXCHANGE IN SOCIETY AS A SOCIAL HOST

Society requires to be viewed as a historical process in a changing environment, based on the concepts of restoration and change of social relations, continuity and division, tradition and innovation. The generational step helps determine the balance between the state of society in the past and its movement into the future. This paper studies the problems of methodology and theory of intergeneration attitudes. As the initial methodological basis of this problem Plato’s idea about the patrimonial person is designated as well as the views of Russian philosophers about patrimonial integrity as the linker between the person and the society. M. Heidegger’s and E. Husserl’s ideas of intersubjective experience which is treated as the attitude between old and new generations, between the adult and the child or as generative attitude is analyzed.
