HISTORICAL APPROACH TO THE STUDY OF MAHALLA

Abstract
The historical approach is important in studying the nature, history and evolution of mahallas. Therefore, it is appropriate to note that when analyzing the topic, various issues of family and social life related to the way of life of the people are, first of all, expressed in sources related to the history and culture of the country. On the topic of nature, history and development of the mahalla, sources from the late 19th - early 20th centuries were studied, information about the direct collective life and culture of the Uzbek people was summarized.
