The article examines the effectiveness of the management system, which plays an important role in ensuring the effectiveness of government structures. Some of the basic principles of effective public administration include transparency, responsibility, efficient allocation of resources, an effective system for monitoring and evaluating results, and citizen participation in the decision-making process. Much depends on the good organization of the work of government bodies, a clear structure of government bodies and effective interaction between them. It is also important to take into account international experience and best practices in public administration to improve its efficiency. In addition, foreign experience in the effectiveness of management systems includes many approaches and practices that can be adapted for use in various organizations.
