The article examines social institutions in society, in particular civil society institutions, changes in the activities of its forms, definitions based on different views on the process of their transformation. The article provides a theoretical understanding of the content and essence of civil society, the corresponding conceptual foundations of social relations. The issues of the influence of changes and inherent forms on state and public administration are considered. The article reflects the theme of the transformation of civil society institutions in the life of the state and society, as well as a generalization of various views within the framework of a holistic approach. The author attempted to study the issues of increasing the level of activity, influence and cooperation of civil society institutions in public relations. At the same time, it was scientifically studied that such studies include political, legal and social trends in the development of a particular country and are aimed at the medium and short term, and most importantly, ensure the evolution of social transformation processes.
