SOCIO-POLITICAL FACTORS OF DEPUTY CONTROL OVER THE EXECUTION OF THE LOCAL BUDGET

This article analyzes the socio-political factors influencing the implementation of parliamentary control over the execution of the local budget. The study provides an overview of current trends and challenges in this area, and also identifies the main aspects that determine the effectiveness and success of parliamentary control. The author draws attention to the importance of social trust in deputies, their responsibility to voters, as well as political will and support from government institutions. Factors that contribute to strengthening democracy and transparency in the process of managing budgetary resources at the local level are also discussed. This article offers useful recommendations for improving the mechanisms of parliamentary control and increasing its effectiveness in the context of modern challenges and requirements for democratic governance.
