Karimov, Bahtiyor
Abstract
The Gulkand tomato variety, grafted onto three rootstocks, flowered earlier (96-98 days) and the fruits ripened earlier (131-133 days) compared to ungrafted plants. The yield of ungrafted Gulkand plants in two harvests was 11.08 kg/m2. The highest yield - 116% - was observed in grafted Gulkand / L03708 plants. The chemical composition of the fruits varied depending on the rootstock used. Lines LBR17, L03708, and L06193 are recommended as rootstocks for tomato grafting.
