FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract
Global digitalization processes have begun to affect all spheres of society. Public administration is no exception. At the same time, the introduction of information and communication technologies in government bodies has led to the demand for skills in working with "smart machines" for civil servants. The lack of qualified specialists, as well as the lack of legal regulation in terms of the use of artificial intelligence technologies by civil servants, justify the relevance of the chosen research topic. The purpose of the article is to confirm the need to develop digital competencies among civil servants, determine their content, requiring increased regulation, and determine methods for acquiring skills of civil servants in working with IT systems.
