CHARACTERISTICS OF LEGISLATIVE STANDARDS DEFINING RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLENCE AGAINST CHILDREN IN UZBEKISTAN

Аннотация

This article scientifically substantiates the principles of the social policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in relation to children. In particular, measures to support the family from the state are highlighted in order to legally protect the rights of children and prepare children for a full life. It sets out the principles for ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of officials and citizens, taking into account regional differences in such indicators as the determination of state minimum social standards of the main indicators of the quality of life of children and their observance, are determined. The article also describes opinions and comments on the effective organization of general, special and crime prevention, on the effective prevention of harassment and domestic violence, as well as state support for other organizations engaged in protecting the legitimate interests of the child.
