The development of human potential is an important factor not only in the economic but alsoin the social development of society. The article analyzes the role of the education system inincreasing human potential and the impact of this process on the economic and social developmentof the country. This article analyzes the role, opportunities, and ongoing reforms of the educationsystem in enhancing human potential. It also discusses the implementation of modern technologies,advanced pedagogical approaches, and teacher training programs in Uzbekistan's education system,as well as the importance of developing the intellectual potential of young people
