THE OWN ROLE OF PLATFORMS IN THE TRANSFORMATION OF NATIONAL SITES

This article examines how the processes of networkization of society have led to the spreadof general surveillance and control practices, in which the usual boundaries of private property ownersand state organizations no longer exist. It is also shown that humanity has simultaneously created anincredible amount of information, has the ability to use it regardless of time and distance, and hasnew technological means of communication. The idea is given that the strengthening of the generaltrend of quantification will lead to the spread of new mechanisms of social inequality. At the sametime, it is highlighted that algorithmic systems in the digital society are automated, optimized andincrease the efficiency of their work, but the result may not be as expected due to the fact that theycannot be predicted in advance and the impact is not always positive. In addition, it is shown thatplatforms are becoming an important element of the digital society and that their existence andactivity are determined by scientifically based data and algorithmization processes, and new ordersof values, new social mechanisms of control and management are being formed, expanding thepossibility of taking into account the interests of society, business and the state. It is also proven thatdigitization will definitely spread systematically at a new stage of development
