Аннотация
The article is devoted to analyzing the concept of hybrid warfare as one of the most complex and rapidly evolving forms of modern international conflicts, encompassing not only the military domain but also civilian spheres, including social institutions that are not directly related to political processes. The study examines theoretical approaches to defining such conflicts, as well as the mechanisms by which military, political, informational, social, economic, and cyber instruments are combined to influence society. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of strategies employed by state and non-state actors amid the blurring boundaries between war and peace. The article analyzes examples of hybrid technologies, their effectiveness, and their implications for international peace and security. It concludes by emphasizing the need to rethink traditional conflict studies models and to develop adaptive response mechanisms.
