SOCIO-POLITICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF BUILDING A HUMANE STATE IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

This article examines the socio-political significance of the course toward building a humane state within the modernization process of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on an analysis of the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan, official speeches of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as materials from national information agencies and contemporary sociological approaches, the concept of a “humane state” is revealed as a form of interaction between government and society oriented toward human dignity, the development of civic participation institutions, and the strengthening of social stability. Special attention is given to the philosophical-anthropological and sociological foundations of this concept, as well as its role in shaping national political identity.
