Abstract
This article provides an in-depth analysis of social transformation trends emerging in the process of developing and improving human capital based on the case study method. Within the framework of the study, human capital is considered a key factor ensuring economic growth, innovative development, and the sustainable development of society. Through a comparative analysis of global practices and local experiences, the role and importance of the education system, the labor market, digitalization processes, and the activities of social institutions in shaping human capital are examined. Using the case study approach, effective practical methods aimed at enhancing the intellectual potential of the population, expanding participation in innovation processes, and developing human resource capacity are analyzed. In addition, the impact of institutional reforms, improvements in education quality, and the development of digital skills on human capital development is assessed. The research findings substantiate the necessity of applying a comprehensive approach to human capital improvement and demonstrate its close interconnection with socio-economic reforms.
