Abstract
As you know, a person is not born a politician. The state or society cultivates traits in it, and then recognizes it as a citizen and as a person. If the formation of a person as a person occurs in the process of socialization, then the formation of a person as an object and subject of politics occurs in the process of political socialization. Today, when there is a need for an image maker, the question arises of what personal and human qualities such people should have, and where they learn about their professional qualities. This article focuses on issues of equality between women and men, as well as the role of women in the political life of parties and society.
