Sociological Aspects of Developing Managerial Competencies of Women Leaders

This article analyzes the issue of introducing modern approaches to the development of managerial competencies of women leaders. The results of the study show that in the process of acquiring such important competencies as effective management of the organization, strategic decision-making, communication and problem-solving, female leaders are influenced by various social factors - family obligations, work environment, national mentality and gender stereotypes in society. Also, individual and institutional approaches are required to form women's managerial abilities. The article emphasizes the need for a targeted policy to ensure gender equality and eliminate social stereotypes. It also provides practical proposals and recommendations for supporting female leaders and teaching them modern competencies through special programs, trainings and coaching aimed at unlocking their potential.
