Abstract

This article highlights the importance and advantages of organic and synthetic mulches used in potato cultivation. The role of the mulching method in maintaining soil moisture, suppressing weed growth, regulating soil temperature, and increasing crop yield was analyzed. The study also compares the ecological benefits and positive effects of organic mulches on soil fertility with the practical effectiveness of synthetic mulches in achieving early harvests.
