Аннотация

This article demonstrates that, given the lifestyle of our country’s population, there is a high demand for carrot and radish products. This, in turn, poses the challenge of ensuring a consistent supply of these products. Based on this, scientific research and development into storage technologies were conducted. The findings are presented based on this research.
