Abstract

The article presents potato diseases occurring in the Republic, affecting various parts of the plant (roots, tubers, leaves and stems), such as root rot (Rhizoctonia solani), Fusarium wilt (Fusarium spp), alternaria (Alternaria solani) and late blight (Phytopthora infestans), their development, as well as the results of scientific research on the biological effectiveness of chemical control against them.
