Abstract
This scientific article analyzes the optimization of the in vitro rooting process for the Kirimskiy 5 rootstock. The study investigates the effects of mineral composition within the culture medium and various concentrations of the IBA (Indole-3-butyric acid) phytohormone on root formation. Experimental results demonstrate that utilizing 1.0 mg/l IBA in a half-strength 1/2 MS medium enhances the rooting coefficient to 90% and promotes the development of a robust root system. Furthermore, the paper outlines strategic measures to improve the regeneration capacity of microshoots within the culture environment. This technology plays a crucial role in the high-quality, industrial-scale propagation of fruit crop rootstocks.
