This article analyzes the level of pollution with PM 2.5 and PM 10 particulate matter in Tashkent, its causes and negative effects are considered. The dynamics of change were statistically analyzed based on the Mann-Kendall Test. According to the trend test results, significant changes were calculated for PM 2.5 in 2021 (Z=3.63), in 2022 (Z=2.31), in 2023 (Z=3.2) and in 2024 (Z=3.9), these results were for PM10 (Z=2.02) and NO2 (Z=2.26), respectively. Based on these results, the necessary conclusions were drawn regarding future atmospheric air monitoring.
