THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF APPROACHES TO THE PROCESSES OF SOCIAL MOBILITY OF YOUTH WITH DISABILITIES

Аннотация
This article analyzes theories of the participation of young people with disabilities in social mobility processes and theoretically examines approaches to social roles, stigmas, and stereotypes that determine the social status of people with disabilities in society. It also considers the views of Western scholars such as V. Wolfensberg on the concept of normalization, I. Hoffman's stigma theory, and Uzbek scholars M. Ganieva, N. Latipova, M. Usmonova, D. Kosimova, and F. Kadirova on methodology, the social protection system, and integration issues. The article also provides a theoretical justification for the factors influencing the activity of young people with disabilities in education, the labor market, and public life. It reveals the institutional and cultural barriers that exist in social mobility processes. Based on these findings, practical recommendations for ensuring the successful participation of young people with disabilities in society are developed.
