Аннотация
The Khyber Pass, which connects Turkistan and the Indian Subcontinent and is located in the Sefid Kûh (Sepin Gar) mountain range; has a strategic importance in terms of military, commercial and cultural aspects. The Khyber Pass, which has a special significance in terms of Turkish History, became a border between British India and Afghans in the 19th century. For this reason, the British have provided rich information by researching the region. In this study, the short history, physical geography and important places of the Khyber Pass, which is one of the southern straits of Turkistan, has been tried to be given by historical geography method based on the 19 th century resources.
