In this article, in the conditions of today's rapid reforms, at the new stage of the development of Uzbekistan, the moral foundations of society, the organizational and normative foundations for the development of moral and ethical qualities in the members of society, the legislative documents related to the spiritual sphere in a short period of time after independence. A brief historical analysis is given. Also, the aspects of the development of spiritual activity are directly related to the positive progress of socio-political and educational processes in the society.
