Чуркин Михаил Константинович
Аннотатсия
The article, based on materials from a wide range of published sources, reveals the content of the socio-political discourse of Siberia in the imperial geography of power in the 16th - 20th centuries. The "platforms" of representation and patterns of discourse are identified, in which the ideas of the authorities and society about Asian territories, algorithms, scenarios and methods of their incorporation into the general imperial space are fixed. It has been established that in the long term, in the texts of the chronicle, clerical, regulatory and personal nature, the image of Siberia and the options for “centering” the region by the empire were constructed in accordance with the patrimonial (proprietary) approach of the authorities to organizing the management of “their” lands.
