Abstract
The article covers the results of scientific research on the influence of anthropogenic and natural factors on the condition of archaeological and historical monuments of the Fergana region, geochemical properties, analysis of element composition and the direction of modern soil formation processes, soil conservation, comparative assessment of fertility. Scientific and practical conclusions are presented on the morphogenetic properties of soils and lands, the issue of preventing degradation, and the historical and geographical analysis of the direction of soil evolution without damaging the complex of historical monuments.
