Аннотатсия
This article presents methods for producing cast parts of working bodies of soil-cultivating tractors with a powdered surfacing carbide coating and applies hardening modes. The compositions, properties and structures of coatings of steel samples were determined. The hardness and microhardness of the surface and subsurface layers of steel were studied. Heat treatment modes with double phase recrystallization are used, which increases the hardness and wear resistance of cast parts 2-3 times higher than serial products.
