Abstract
This article studies the effectiveness of irrigation water regulation and distribution based on field experiments conducted in the Tashkent region. During the study, the impact of different irrigation regimes on soil moisture, water consumption, and cotton yield was comprehensively assessed. According to the results, it was found that using the optimal irrigation rate can reduce water consumption by 30-35% and increase yield by more than 20%. It was also proven that scientifically based irrigation water regulation can improve the water-physical properties of the soil and increase water use efficiency.
